Terms & Conditions
Shipping & Freight: All orders will be shipped FOB Factory via common carrier or UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. For parts, orders processed after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped out the following business day. For systems, tarps and kits, orders are shipped out 3 business days after date of purchase.
Damaged Freight: It is the responsibility of the receiver to file any claims for damaged freight with the freight company at the time of delivery. Orders should be opened and inspected for any “hidden” damage at the time of delivery. Compensation for any freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and the receiver.
Terms: 30 day net terms are available subject to prior credit verification and approval. Government agencies will be billed for goods and freight on open account 30 day net. All other orders will be shipped prepaid by credit card. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express (3% fee).
Return Policy: All returnable merchandise much have prior approval from Pulltarps with a return authorization number. Only new, unused merchandise returned in salable condition is eligible for return. Freight must be prepaid to Pulltarps. No returns will be accepted “freight collect”. No merchandise is eligible for return after 60 days of invoice. Pulltarps motors carry a three year prorated warranty. All other electrical components are non-returnable. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all systems plus a $50.00 handling fee for painting/refurbishing. Restocking charges do not apply to “NO BS” Guarantee returns. Tarps are not returnable.
Federal Excise Tax: All end users and fleet customers must pay 12% Federal Excise Tax if the system is installed on new equipment in service for less than 6 months. Government Agencies are exempt.
Prices: Are subject to change without notice.
Other Damages: Pulltarps will no way be liable for other damages including consequential, indirect, or special damages whether loss is due to negligence, misuse or breach of warranty.
