Shipping Policy

Shipping Update: Due to the global impact COVID-19 has had on the manufacturing sector, and our supply chains, we are experiencing unprecedented shipment delays. We are implementing multiple actions including leveraging other SafeFleet resources in order to mitigate the challenges we are experiencing. Safefleet has made large investments in infrastructure and equipment to increase our throughput and capacity to accommodate the increased demand. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

Tax Exempt Orders: If you have a state resell certificate and you want to use it for state tax purposes, please place your orders directly with a Customer Service team member by calling 1-877-431-2865 or visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form.  A representative will get back to you asap.


Shipping: Our products are shipped within 3-4 Days with the exception of custom orders, using the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, and numerous large freight carriers. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1250 North Marshall Ave, El Cajon California United States 92020. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: For parts, orders processed after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped out the following business day. Based on product availability, we generally ship out orders 3-4 business days after the date of purchase.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to install your first Semi-Automatic & Automatic tarping system and try it. If you wish to return it for any reason, then call 1-877-425-2565 and getting a return authorization number anytime within that 30 days. We will even pay the charges to ship it back! Refunds: Our policy is to process the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving it. If you have not received a credit after two weeks following the return being processed (allowing for shipping transit time), or need to contact us for another reason, please contact me at 1-877-425-2565. Please have the RMA # available to help in getting your questions answered promptly.

Exchanges: Our policy is to process the Warranty Inspections within 72 hours of receiving it.
