- Bill was born in San Diego and raised in Chula Vista, California. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1985 to 1989 and was honorably discharged as an E-4. He earned his Associate Degree in Graphic Design from San Diego City College in 2004. In the early 1990s, he volunteered with the San Diego County Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation and currently volunteers for Nsefu.org, a conservation non-profit working in Zambia, Africa. As an employee of Pulltarps® Manufacturing , Bill works as the Marketing Communications Manager and has held this role since 2016. He has extensive experience with Pulltarps® products, which includes Tarps Systems, Tarps and Parts. He also works with the Engineering Team and Customer Service to help with the creation of product and training videos, installation documents and marketing materials. Bill has previously worked at iHeartMedia, working as an Online Content Coordinator for AM 600 KOGO and XTRA Sports 1360. He has also worked at ManTech International, creating technical training courseware for the United States Navy.
