United to End Bullying

In July 2015, Safe Fleet joined the United to End Bullying (UEB) program – the national social campaign of Safe Fleet, the leading provider of safety solutions for fleet vehicles, and its subsidiaries. The program’s goal is to offer school communities tools, resources, and funding to support their best initiatives against bullying and empower young people to stand up against abusive behavior.

With more than 1,000 employees on board, Safe Fleet helps create a safe and respectful environment for both children and adults.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE

• Take the Pledge
  We are encouraging staff and the public alike to take our “Pledge to End Bullying” to kick things off. The pledge can be done online with a certificate to sign and post either on social media or in your office for all to see.
• Be Kind
  Once you’ve taken the pledge, do something kind for another person. It might be as simple as offering your seat on the bus to someone else. Or inviting a new co-worker that doesn’t know many people to have coffee with you at break time.
• Share Your Act of Kindness
  Next, share your act of kindness, either online or via email to [email protected].

Pulltarps’ first event is Pink Shirt Day on Friday, October 11th. Employees can wear any pink shirt to celebrate World Day of Bullying Prevention.
