4371. Constructions of Vehicles to Prevent Escape of Contents; Penalty
- No vehicle shall be driven or moved on any highway unless it is so constructed or loaded as to prevent its contents from dropping, sifting, leaking, or otherwise escaping therefrom.
- Whoever violates subsection (a) of this section shall, for the first offense be fined not less than $10, nor more than $28.75. For each subsequent like offense the person shall be fined not less than $28.75 nor more than $100.
